We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the below tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software.

Forward to Project Manager to approve

Produce any Sales Invoices
from Payment Certificates, PO's or Valuations
Manage Bank Accounts
Make Bank Payments
Send Remittance Advices
Reconcile Bank Regularly
Ring Fence VAT
Move large amounts into Tracker Account to keep safe
Maintain a healthy balance in main account
Setting up Job Numbers, Spreadsheet Maintenance on DropBox
Apply any recurring payments "Sage Prompts"
Setting up new Suppliers
Setting up new Sub-Contractors
Setting up New Customers
Setting up New Projects
File any printed documents
Sage Back Up
Fortnightly Tasks…..
Sub-Contractors Invoices for Fortnightly Payment Run received
Send Payroll details to Accountants for Staff Fortnightly Wages
Make sure all Sub-Contractors Invoices are approved
Process Sub-Contractors Invoices
Pay Sub-Contractors on time
Send out Sub-Contactors Remittance Advices

CIS Return to be submitted after 5th of each month
