An exciting opportunity has arisen at Belvoir Property Management Central Office. We are looking for an experienced accounts professional to take on the Client Account Coordinator role.

We are looking for someone with a problem solving attitude, who is conversant with accounting or bookkeeping.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience of financial and/or client accounting
  • Experience of working in a commercial environment
  • Competent in using Word and advanced Excel skills
  • Able to prioritise a range of tasks effectively to meet various priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to consistently process data accurately
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Friendly, helpful, cooperative manner
  • Team player
  • Smartly presented suitable to working in a corporate environment
  • Ability to investigate accounts and get to the source of any issues
  • Ability to learn new accounting systems and software’s
  • Strong Communication skills, especially when explaining complex accounting issues

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the accounting processes for a number of offices
  • Accounting, systems and reporting support across all brands.
  • Assisting with closure of audits when required.
  • Providing one on one support to offices, with a willingness to occasional travel
  • Provide training courses during the induction courses on the accounts element.
  • Delving into accounts where issues have arisen to help resolve any queries
  • Complete reconciliations and deal with any issues.
  • Provide ad hoc client account support to Northwood offices as and when required

Hours of Work:

Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
