```Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apprentice Office Administrator to join our team. As an Apprentice Office Administrator, you will be mentored for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a key role in maintaining efficient office procedures and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero software
- Maintain an organized office environment by keeping files and documents properly labeled and stored
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
