Book Keeper
We are looking for an ambitious experienced Book Keeper to join our multi-award winning team.
WFP is a steadily growing and developing business group based in Essex, we are a family oriented team and have very open communications, we truly value our team members views, especially their valuable input into how we effectively make the most from our resources and maintain a first class customer service.
YOU’LL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Book keeping
- Manage the daily operations of the finance department
- Prepare reports for Directors
- Credit Control
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Proficient with Xero
- Submission of VAT Returns
- Payroll
YOUR ROLE IN BRIEF:
- Full-time: Flexible hours between 24 - 32 hours per week
- Hybrid Office-based role in Stock, Essex, UK
- Salary starting at £15.02 per hour (Depending on Experience)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Book keeper of the various group business's
- Manage expenses (Credit Cards)
- Bank Payment Preparations
- Prepare reports for Directors for monthly/quarterly management meetings, track P&L
- Proactive Credit Control management
- Controlling Xero and our in house invoicing app
- Preparation and Submission of VAT Returns
- Payroll
