Job Overview,
As an Accounts Administrator, your primary role is to support the financial operations of the company by handling basic accounting and administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of basic accounting principles (related work experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting package QuickBooks.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong numeracy skills and an understanding of basic financial concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external contacts.

What would I be doing as an Accounts Administrator?
- Accurately process invoices, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Assist with the management of accounts payable, including data entry, obtaining approvals, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including inputting data into accounting software and filing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports, summaries, and statements as required.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members to resolve invoice queries and other financial matters.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including managing correspondence, filing, and other office tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
