Full job description
Admin/ Accounts Administrator required for our growing natural stone business. This is a permanent position 8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be:
Willing to adapt to an everchanging environment
Have a positive can do attitude
Be able to multi task
Be able to work within a small team in a rural location
Be willing to help with all aspects of the day to day running of a small business
Be happy to work in a casual environment, this position will involve putting on PPE and liaising with yard operatives outside on the production site
Using sage 50 to include :
Purchasing and processing of orders and invoices
Entering wage journals
Reconcile bank accounts
Sending statements
Sending remittances
Chasing customer accounts
Previous experience in a similar role preferred although not essential
Must be competent with Microsoft office. Sage accountancy experience preferred
