A Finance Manager role that you can really get your teeth stuck into and make a genuine difference!
Our client, a small but growing business based near Congleton, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. You’ll be responsible for the accounts function with the support of an assistant for the transactional tasks.
You can implement your ideas and improvements, be the right-hand person to the owner, and grow with the business!
Details of the Finance Manager position:
- Salary: £45,000 per annum
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
- 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday in the office)
- Free Parking
Duties of the Finance Manager:
You will be responsible for managing the accounts’ function, meaning autonomy and lots of variety.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing quarterly accounts
- VAT returns
- Profit and Loss reports
- Preparing payment runs, payroll, making payments
- Bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales and Purchase ledger invoicing
- Credit control
- Responsible for one member of staff.
Skills and experience required:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles is essential for this position.
