Summary

We are seeking an Office and Finance Manager to join our small and friendly team at Amberley Parks Limited, occasional visit to the other sites will be required.

Responsibilities

  • To manage the office and team of 2 staff, liaising daily with the Directors, large client base, utility companies, consultancy and professional contacts.
  • Month and year end procedures
  • VAT
  • Sage payroll
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of Word and Outlook

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office and Finance Manager or similar role in financial management.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient in bookkeeping and using Sage 50 for Business
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Full driving licence due to location
