Overview:
We are seeking a part time Receptionist 24 hrs Per week ,mainly weekend work with and more more hours through the week, this job will turn to a full time position 40hrs a week if the candidate meets the standard's. Too join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in office tasks and computer applications.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Computerise information accurately for record-keeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with administrative tasks such as typing, data entry, and clerical work
