Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for bookkeeping and payroll? Join our team as a Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Preparing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Liaising with HMRC, local councils, and utility companies to handle compliance, queries, and account management.
  • Managing purchasing tasks, including processing invoices and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Generating financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing deadlines efficiently.
  • Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance requirements.
  • Providing support to clients with Xero and other accounting software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: ICB or IAB Level 3 qualification.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Experience liaising with HMRC, councils, and utility companies.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak Turkish is an advantage but not essential.
