Full job description

MyGroupSolutions Ltd are an office equipment sales company trading for over 25 years selling a range of products including Franking machines, printers/MFD’s, paper handling equipment and security equipment.

We have an incredible team of highly talented and self motivated individuals of whom we are hugely proud. We now have an opportunity for a special individual to join our administration and accounts team to deal with our expansion plans playing an essential role in the ongoing development of our company

We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant ideally with at least 2 years office experience experience and knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting.Experience of Microsoft business central would be a bonus

Must have good knowledge of excel, able to work under pressure and work well as part of a team.

Tasks will include although not limited to the following :

Sales Ledger :

Invoicing :

Statements :

Credit control:

Customer queries :

Allocating payments :

Stock taking :

Management reporting :

Supplier Reconciliations :

Managing and allocating incoming emails :

Reception :

Supporting our mail fulfillment team:

Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break.

22 days holiday plus bank holidays

The candidate specification:

  • The ideal candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good level of literacy and maths.
  • Knowledge of CRM, Business central, Word and Excel.
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.
