Contract Monitoring plays a vital role in ensuring that services being provided to individuals are delivered in a safe, effective and efficient way, and in compliance with contracts that are in place between the council and providers we use to deliver services on our behalf.
For this role, you will need to go out and talk to individuals in receipt of services and those involved in the delivery of care, which is an essential part of contract monitoring, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly enthusiastic, and understand the legislation and regulations in place across Social Services and Wellbeing.
