Independent Sales Consultant – Card Payments

Location: UK – field-based

The opportunity

You’ll introduce local businesses to Teya’s payment solutions, understand their needs and support them through the sales and onboarding process. As your merchant portfolio grows, you can build recurring monthly income alongside upfront commission.

Earning potential

  • £350–£3,300 bounty per successful sale, paid when merchants go live.
  • 25–40% residual share, providing ongoing income as your merchants transact.
  • Additional incentives through performance bonuses, Cash Advance referrals and partner referrals.
  • Uncapped earning potential.

Teya reports that its top Independent Sales Consultant earned £196,000 in residuals alone in 2025. This is an individual result, not a guaranteed or typical income.
