What You’ll Do

As a Montessori Classroom Assistant, you’ll help provide child-led, high-quality early years care, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, nurturing environment. You will:

  • Support the learning and development of children 2-5

  • Plan and implement creative, engaging activities

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding care

  • Follow nursery policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of practice

  • Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the setting

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a team member who is warm, attentive, and passionate about children’s development. You will ideally have:

  • A full and relevant Early Years Qualification (preferred)

  • Experience working with children under 5 – essential

  • Fluent English – essential

  • A flexible, positive approach

  • Creativity and the ability to implement daily activities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children

  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team

  • Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
