Nursery – Bracknell Bright Horizons

Salary – £26,662.20 - £27,086.30 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our Bracknell nursery, , situated in Bracknell within walking distant to Bracknell station and town centre and a bus stop right outside the nursery.. This nursery offers on site parking, regular team build days on weekends, annual awards ceremony, colleague of the month, employee appreciation and flexible working.

The Role

As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar

• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child

• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents

• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
