Chef de Partie - Beckford Bottle Shop

Target Salary £32k per annum including tronc + additional share of service charge

The Beckford Bottle Shop is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant and wine shop in the heart of Bath, celebrated for its seasonal British cooking and exceptional wine.

With the arrival of our new Head Chef, Ollie, it's an exciting time to join the kitchen team. We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie who wants to be part of a new chapter, helping to shape the next evolution of one of Bath's most respected restaurants.

You'll work closely with Ollie and the wider team to deliver refined, ingredient-led dishes that sit alongside our award-winning wine list. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about quality produce, keen to develop their skills, and excited by the chance to learn and grow in a quality kitchen team.

We're looking for someone with experience at a similar level, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love of food and hospitality. In return, you'll join a supportive team, work with exceptional ingredients, and play a key role in an exciting period of growth and development for the restaurant.
