Company Overview

Powertutors is a leading educational services provider based in the UK, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to children and young persons with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our mission is to foster academic growth and well-being through personalized learning experiences, guided by empathy, collaboration, and empowerment.

Location: Guildford, Woking, Godalming, Cranleigh, Bramley, Dunsfold and surrounding areas (GU2–GU8, GU21–GU22)

Job type: Part-time, term-time, flexible hours

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience, qualifications and subject specialism

We're seeking experienced and committed tutors and teachers to support students across primary, secondary and post-16 settings throughout the Guildford and Woking area. With multiple roles available across nearby towns, this is a great opportunity to build a flexible, varied teaching timetable without long-distance travel between placements.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified teacher (or working towards QTS) or experienced subject tutor
  • Confident delivering Maths and/or English across primary through to post-19 levels
  • DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Adaptable, learner-focused approach
