As a Supporter Experience Executive, you will support the delivery of engaging supporter experiences across Scope's fundraising programmes. Working with the Senior Supporter Experience Specialist, you will help create journeys and communications that strengthen supporter loyalty and retention.
Permanent (35 hours a week) Full time
Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW and working from home.

The role
As Supporter Experience Executive, you will work closely with the Senior Supporter Experience Specialist and colleagues across fundraising, digital and data to coordinate supporter communications across digital channels.
You will use campaign results, supporter feedback and sector insight to help improve supporter journeys and ensure communications are relevant, timely, accessible and engaging:
- Support the delivery and ongoing management of supporter journeys across digital channels.
- Build, schedule and deliver email campaigns and automated journeys using digital fundraising platforms.
- Use audience segmentation, personalisation and dynamic content to support fundraising and engagement objectives.
- Coordinate campaign approvals, data selections, assets and delivery timelines with internal stakeholders.
- Support welcome, re-engagement, win-back, stewardship and supporter feedback activity.
- Produce campaign and journey reports, track key measures and identify opportunities for testing and improvement.
- Maintain accurate journey documentation, campaign records and process guidance.

About you
We’re looking for an organised and proactive fundraising, marketing, customer experience or supporter engagement professional.
You will be confident delivering email campaigns, working with data and coordinating activity across different teams, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Background in fundraising, supporter experience or customer engagement.
- Experience of delivering fundraising, marketing, customer experience or supporter engagement campaigns.
- Ability to create or adapt clear and engaging supporter-facing communications.
- Experience building and delivering email campaigns and automated journeys using a marketing platform.
- Experience using customer relationship management or marketing automation systems to support campaign delivery.
- Experience coordinating projects or campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance, interpret data and recommend improvements.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An understanding of fundraising regulations, GDPR and marketing compliance requirements.
- Strong digital confidence and a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership.
It would also be helpful if you have experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector, knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dotdigital or goDonate, and an understanding of accessibility and inclusive communications
