We’re building one of the UK’s leading TikTok affiliate teams—and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape it.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious TikTok Affiliate Manager who lives and breathes TikTok.

This role is all about building relationships with creators, helping affiliates succeed and driving measurable sales for our clients through TikTok Shop.

You’ll spend your days discovering creators, negotiating collaborations, managing campaigns, analysing performance and finding new ways to scale affiliate revenue.

No two days are the same.

What You’ll Be DoingCreator & Affiliate Management

  • Build and grow affiliate programmes across multiple client accounts.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new TikTok creators.
  • Develop long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
  • Manage product seeding and sample requests.
  • Support creators with content ideas and best practice.
  • Negotiate commission structures and campaign opportunities.
  • Keep creators engaged through regular communication.

Campaign Management

  • Launch and manage affiliate campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional periods and product launches.
  • Match creators with suitable products.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work alongside our content team to maximise performance.

Performance & Growth

  • Track affiliate sales, GMV and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities.
  • Recommend high-performing creators for larger campaigns.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance to clients.
  • Continuously optimise programmes based on data.

Market Research

  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends.
  • Identify emerging creators before competitors.
  • Understand what content converts into sales.
  • Keep up to date with TikTok Shop updates and new features.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • Has experience with TikTok Shop Affiliates.
  • Understands TikTok trends and creator culture.
  • Loves building relationships.
  • Is commercially minded and driven by results.
  • Can manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Is organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Is proactive and enjoys finding new opportunities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent communication skills.
