Full job description

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced restaurant operations manager to join one of, if not the most successful casual dining high street concept currently operating. Fun, dynamic, expanding and ambitious.

We need a proven operations manager with new openings experience and a background overseeing extremely high volume quality branded casual dining restaurants.You will ideally live in the Bristol/Gloucestershire area.

You will:

  • Report to the managing director overseeing a number of restaurants
  • Manage new openings
  • Coach, inspire, and lead your managers to achieve success
  • Drive sales across the restaurants
  • Liaise with senior managers in the business
  • Ensure brand compliance across the restaurants
  • Implement and monitor control systems & procedures to ensure consistency

You will have:

  • Experience as a branded high street operations manager in the premium casual dining end of the market
  • Strong financial & commercial acumen
  • New openings experience
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
  • Passion for food
  • Ambition, drive, and a positive fun outgoing personality
  • The ability to build and motivate strong teams
  • A strong desire to join an ambitious and progressive company
