About Us

Cobham House Vineyard is a family-owned boutique vineyard in Kent producing award-winning English rosé. Our wines are served in leading restaurants and luxury venues, and we are looking for an ambitious sales professional to expand our presence within the premium hospitality sector.

We are seeking a well-connected individual with existing relationships across luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, premium bars and fine dining establishments.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector, building long-term relationships and increasing brand visibility for Cobham House.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a distinctive, award-winning English wine brand and help drive its growth across some of the UK’s most prestigious hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities within luxury hotels, premium restaurants, rooftop bars and private members’ clubs.

* Build relationships with Food & Beverage Directors, Sommeliers, General Managers and Beverage Buyers.

* Secure by-the-glass, bottle list and event listings.

* Conduct tastings, staff training sessions and account visits.

* Attend trade events, networking functions and industry exhibitions.

* Maintain and grow existing hospitality accounts.

* Work closely with the founders to develop sales strategies and partnerships.

About You

* Proven sales experience within wine, spirits, premium food or luxury hospitality.

* Existing network of contacts within the luxury hospitality sector.

* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently.

* Passion for luxury brands, hospitality and exceptional customer service.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.

Job Types: Part-time contract basis

Experience:

* Hospitality Sales: 3 years (preferred)

* Wine, Spirits or Luxury Brand Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid, with travel across London and the South East.
