Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in the Fountain Brasserie. You will be supporting the Manager/Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant based in our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant and bar waiters.
  • Deputise for Managers in their absence.
  • Greet members in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring bar waiters.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of restaurant and bar operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic restaurant management tools.
