  • Head Waiter – Brasserie Constance
  • Fulham Pier, London
  • Up to £17 per hour, including tronc

Join the team at Brasserie Constance, our beautiful riverside restaurant at Fulham Pier. Featured in the Michelin Guide and led creatively by Culinary Director Adam Byatt, Brasserie Constance combines classic brasserie cooking, seasonal British ingredients and exceptional hospitality in a stunning Thames side setting.

We are looking for an experienced and confident Head Waiter to help lead our front of house team and deliver a warm, attentive and memorable experience for every guest.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead by example and support the team throughout service
  • Manage a section while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Welcome guests and build genuine relationships
  • Develop strong menu, allergen and drinks knowledge
  • Support the training and development of new team members
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management teams
  • Help ensure the restaurant is prepared and presented to the highest standard

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or experienced Waiter in a quality restaurant
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Confidence working in a busy, high quality environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive approach
  • Flexibility to work across a five days over seven rota
