Graduate Business Development Specialist – Portuguese Speaking

Earn £32k-40k OTE in your first year – full training provided!

We’re on the hunt for a Portuguese-speaking graduate to help us grow our presence in the Portuguese market – and earn commission on every win along the way.

About the Role

As a Graduate Business Development Specialist, you’ll be out there making things happen – prospecting, starting conversations, and building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

You’ll be identifying and reaching out to high-potential prospects, turning them into active new clients, and keeping the sales momentum going with existing accounts and warm leads generated by our marketing team. Whether it’s reactivating old clients, building solid relationships, or spotting new ways to grow revenue, you’ll play a big part in our growth.

We’re looking for someone with a real drive to succeed – proactive, persistent, and not afraid to chase a target. The role is fast-paced, target-driven, and perfect for someone who loves the buzz of providing customers with great product solutions, closing deals and seeing results.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Native-level Portuguese speaker
  • A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
  • Resilient and motivated in a target-driven sales environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills via phone and email
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify client needs
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM

About our Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £28,000 + Uncapped commission (Typically £5k-10k in year one)
