Join Samba Soccer Schools as a Venue Manager Today

Turn your passion for football into a leadership role that inspires coaches, engages communities, and shapes children's experience of the game.

At Samba Soccer Schools, we have Venue Managers and Lead Coaches. Venue Managers are the on-site leaders, responsible for the day-to-day running of their venue, supporting coaches, and ensuring every session runs to a high standard. Details of the role are below.

We bring the energy and creativity of Brazilian football to every session.

Our coaching focuses on three key areas:

Skill Development - Breaking down techniques into simple, progressive steps children can build on.
Creativity and Confidence - Encouraging freedom of expression and fearless play.

Fun and Energy - High-energy sessions with music, designed to keep children engaged and excited to learn.

This is one of our most in demand roles this summer. We're expanding our Venue Manager team ahead of September across London, with practical assessments running at our venues throughout July. The earlier you apply, the better your chance of being considered early.

As we grow, we need strong leaders to manage sites, oversee sessions, and keep coaching standards high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Assess coaching and provide on-the-ground support to maintain our coaching standards
  • Site Leadership: Independently manage your venue from session to session
  • Liaison: Maintain professional relationships with venue site managers
  • Equipment Management: Oversee kit and report needs
  • Coach Support: Step in as a coach when necessary
  • Parent and Community Engagement: Be the main point of contact and gather feedback
  • Safeguarding Lead: Conduct risk assessments and ensure a safe environment
  • Sales Support: Explain memberships and programme benefits to parents

Requirements

  • Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS Certification
  • First Aid and Safeguarding Certifications, or willingness to obtain
  • Live within reasonable travelling distance of your venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate coaches, engage parents, and resolve issues independently
