Bakers + Baristas have proudly been serving our loyal customers and continue to grow from strength to strength. We freshly bake our muffins every day in our stores across the UK and Ireland. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team in one of our stores.

About the role…

As a Supervisor, you will inspire your team by bringing energy and enthusiasm to the store. You will be promoting good working relationships in store. Leading by example and setting high standards, you will be driving profitability and providing our customers with memorable experiences that leaves them hungry for more.

What you will be doing…

  • As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store effectively & efficiently to increase sales and drive profitability
  • Follow Bakers + Baristas operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of the team and customers during each shift
  • Develop, motivate, and inspire your team, promoting high levels of engagement and a culture to be proud of
  • Handcraft hot and cold beverages to brand standards
  • Deliver the highest standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness
  • Create a customer focused environment and have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers’ need

About you…

  • You will have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
  • You will have strong leadership skills
  • Ability to influence sales through your team and excellent customer service
