The Three Brothers Brewing company is a well established family-run business which is building a strong reputation for providing a professional customer service from order through to delivery.

This job role is to support 3 growing areas of the business, the exact proportions will change throughout the year depending on the seasonal needs of the business and the candidates specialisms.

You will also be responsible for dealing with paperwork at the delivery points, cash handling and collecting empty vessels. You may be asked to deliver beer festival supplies and support event set ups. You may also be asked to deliver samples of our products and give a very brief introduction to our business.

Lastly the candidate would be required from time to time to support a number of installation and packdown of events. Initially helping the delivery and packdown of the equipment with a view to be trained up to help install the equipment.

As a customer facing role, candidates will need to be polite, enthusiastic, reliable, timely and professional. The work will involve significant manual handling of the loads as commonly found in the brewery and dray industry requiring candidates to be fit and strong. Previous experience in a brewery/ events or as a drayperson is desirable but not essential.

This post is part-time (24hrs a week minimum) over 3 days (Wed - Friday) tasks are likely to include both local delivery and weekly delivery runs beyond the North East e.g. to Edinburgh or Manchester. On extended delivery days, shifts may start at 7am and may be 11 hours long. Long term we would hope to further expand this to a Monday - Friday role however, there are no immediate plans for this.

There will be additional overtime days available during peak season and supporting brewery events. In slow seasons you may be asked to support other operations of the brewery.

The rate of pay will be £13.00 per hour .
