Summary

We are looking for a Multi skilled builder/bricklayer to work in Darlington and surrounding areas. Ideally skilled in Bricklayer & plastering. In this vital role, you will contribute to various types of projects including domestic extensions, knock throughs, renovations, garage conversions etc. Ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficiency. Be part of a team that values versatility and excellence in construction

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform a variety of building tasks
  • Collaborate with other trades to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site promptly to minimise delays.
  • A general positive problem solving attitude
  • Proven experience in multiple trades such as bricklaying, plastering, etc
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Effective communication skills for teamwork and coordination.
  • Valid relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
  • Must have full driving licence

Role would suit an older candidate looking for a slightly slower paced role.
