Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Location: Cartmel and surrounding areas
Company: Top Secret Property Services

Top Secret Property Services is seeking an experienced and reliable multi-skilled tradesperson to join our growing team based in Cartmel. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputable local company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a wide range of trade tasks including bricklaying, plastering, tiling, carpentry, and groundwork
  • Assisting day-to-day site operations and ensure projects progress efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled construction role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
