Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader / General Builder to join our team. You will be responsible for completing development projects and maintenance works across various sites, primarily in the Essex and Cambridgeshire areas. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in multiple trades and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

• Carry out building and maintenance works, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Perform welding tasks to repair or fabricate metal structures.
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete carpentry projects.
• Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures.
• Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and tiling.
• Perform electrical tasks such as wiring and installing lighting fixtures.
• Fabricate or repair various structures using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Conduct roof repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Assist in the management of sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as painting, welding, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, etc.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to each trade.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid clean driving license.
