Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Skilled Trades Person( with strong joinery skills)to join our team! In this role, you will be the go-to expert for a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various projects. Your expertise will ensure that site's are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse skills in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our operations. Duties

  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door and window installation, kitchen removals and refit, quality stud work, flooring and general repairs.
  • Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity.
  • Carry out construction painting to enhance the appearance and protect surfaces.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both commercial and residential applications.
  • Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, concrete pouring, and surface finishing.
  • Working along side the plasterers boarding and metal stud work.
  • Handle electrical wiring, fixtures, and troubleshooting to support electrical systems safely.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Rip outs.
  • Damp proofing systems, training given.
  • Assist with site preparation, clean-up, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.Skills
  • Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, or related trades.
  • Strong proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, screwdrivers.
  • Skilled in operating power tools including drills, grinders, saws.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and installations.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations relevant to construction sites and trades work.
  • Capable of fabricating custom components using metalworking or woodworking techniques.
