About the role
TCES is looking for a Junior Bricklayer to join our site team. • Point and finish joints to the required standard
  • Assist with masonry repairs and general brickwork tasks
  • Use hand and power tools safely, and look after your tools and equipment
  • Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe
  • Follow site rules, RAMS and briefings, and attend toolbox talks
  • Support other trades and the wider team on site when needed

What we’re looking for

  • Some bricklaying experience, or a recently completed apprenticeship or college course
  • Working towards or holding an NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying (or equivalent)
  • Valid CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one
  • Basic confidence using hand and power tools
  • Care and accuracy when measuring and following plans
  • A strong commitment to working safely
  • A good attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and a team-player approach
  • Experience in carpentry or roofing is a bonus, but not essential

Why TCES

Pay: £12.89-£32.84 per hour
