Regal Construction Group Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Bricklayer to join our dynamic team. As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for participating in the phases of construction projects under the supervision of one of our Project Managers, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building and Renovation: Perform general building tasks such as Sub-Structure Bricklaying, Super-Structure Bricklaying, Re-Pointing & Renovate old structures and construct new buildings as per specifications.
• Material Management: Track construction materials, Maintain inventory and report shortages or surplus to the Project Manager
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with building regulations, and safety standards. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols. Regular safety inspections are undertaken and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet expectations and specifications. Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Must have own tools (110v or cordless).
• Solid understanding of construction procedures, materials, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, and layouts.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must drive and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Pay: £140.00-£200.00 per day
