GENERAL BUILDER – SOUTH WALES

Bridgend & projects across South Wales
12 weeks initially – permanent opportunity available
PAYE or Subcontract options
Driving licence required
CSCS Card required

Options Resourcing are currently looking for an experienced General Builder to join our client’s growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled builder looking for long-term work, with the potential to move into a permanent position after the initial 12-week period.

Our client is based in Bridgend and works on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects across South Wales, offering plenty of variety and ongoing opportunities for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

  • General building and construction work
  • Basic carpentry
  • Bricklaying and masonry
  • Concreting
  • Plastering
  • Painting and finishing
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Preparing surfaces for painting and finishing
  • Working from drawings and project specifications
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
  • Working to high standards of quality and health & safety

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in general building or multi-skilled construction
  • Confident using hand and power tools
  • Reliable, hardworking and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious with a good eye for quality
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in different environments
  • CSCS qualified
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
