Bricklaying jobs in Warwick

Glassier Window Systems is looking for experienced installers to join our friendly team. The role can be either full time employed or self-employed individuals/teams.

You would be working on a variety of projects, from domestic residential properties to public buildings, offices, schools, and colleges predominately within the Worcestershire area.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidates must be proficient in the following areas:

· In-depth knowledge of door and window installations, and wider general construction knowledge.

· In-depth knowledge of conservatory installations preferred but not essential.

· Neat appearance with good interpersonal skills and a clear communicator.

· Suitable levels of numeracy and literacy.

· Able to maintain excellent client relationships.

· Able to work independently, with problem-solving capabilities.

· Works efficiently to ensure job completion and client satisfaction.

· Be a good timekeeper with the ability to be flexible to suit individual job requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must be qualified in the following areas:

· NVQ In Fenestration (Preferred)

· MTC card holder

. Have experience fitting PVC-U, Aluminium and Timber products.

. Ability to carry out window and door repairs.

. Conservatory installation experience preferred.

Additional preferred Skills

Complementary construction skills, especially:

Carpentry and joinery, Patch plastering, Bricklaying repair work, Glazing, puttying, Leadwork flashing and dressing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year (full-time employed), dependent upon skills and experience.
