You might already have experience in bridal or luxury fashion — or you may never have worked in either. What matters most to us is that you have the right personality, a great eye and the confidence to make every client feel completely at ease.

Our Knightsbridge boutique offers a very personal experience. Brides and eveningwear clients come to us for beautiful dresses, but also for honest advice, expert styling and the warm, individual service that is at the heart of Suzanne Neville.

THE PERSON

You’ll be someone who genuinely loves people.

You’re naturally friendly and outgoing, but also intuitive enough to read the person in front of you. You’ll know when to listen, when to offer an opinion and when to encourage someone to try something they might never have chosen for themselves.

You’ll have a strong eye for fashion, shape and proportion and enjoy putting a complete look together.

Previous bridal or luxury retail experience would be lovely, but it isn’t essential.

For the right person, we can teach you our collections, fabrics, silhouettes, corsetry and the way we work. What we’re really looking for is the personality, confidence and natural instinct that can’t easily be taught.

THE ROLE

You’ll host private bridal and eveningwear appointments at our Knightsbridge boutique, getting to know each client and helping her discover the dress that makes her feel incredible.

You’ll learn our collections in detail and become confident advising on different silhouettes, fabrics, styling and design options.

As your knowledge develops, you’ll be able to guide an appointment from beginning to end — creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience while helping clients feel confident in making their final choice.

You’ll also be part of a close-knit team, working together to make sure every client receives the level of care and attention we are known for.

The role includes:

* Hosting bridal and eveningwear appointments

* Helping clients discover the silhouettes and styles that suit them

* Building genuine relationships with brides and their families

* Learning the Suzanne Neville collections and our approach to fit and corsetry

* Following clients through their journey with us

* Helping to maintain the beautiful presentation of the boutique

* Supporting the wider Knightsbridge team

* Representing Suzanne Neville with warmth, confidence and professionalism

HOURS

3 days per week, including Saturdays.

We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent basis, with time to train and really become part of the team.

START DATE

January 2027

Training can begin ahead of January for the right person.
