We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our amazing AWARD WINNING team at Bridgewater Home Care in the Warrington area to work shift patterns such as mornings, lunch shifts, tea shifts and bed shifts.

Pay rate - Between £13.50 to £14.44 per hour depending on the Clients needs. We also pay mileage and travel time for your calls in between Clients and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver award winning care to people within their own home supporting them with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Meetings and catch ups at your Bridgewater office with the rest of your team
• Supporting clients with household duties and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Chaperoning clients to appointments, to do their weekly shop or to get out in the local community
• Providing personal hygiene care, where needed
• Supporting clients with their nutrition, hydration and overall well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

• Access to your own vehicle.
• Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
