What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and support tailored to each client's needs. Your duties may include:

• Supporting with morning, daytime, or evening routines
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Providing personal care where required
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Shift Patterns

• Shifts typically between 8:00am to 2.30pm and 4.30pm to 10:00pm
• Weekend availability is required (alternate weekends may be available)
• Positions available across Runcorn, Widnes, and Frodsham

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, dependable individuals who:

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (or have reliable transport between visits, which are typically around 15 minutes apart)
• Have a genuine passion for supporting others
• Are compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Want to build a rewarding career in health and social care

No previous care experience is necessary—we're looking for the right attitude, and we'll provide the training you need.
