We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Newport, Shropshire on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) within a modern, patient-focused practice offering strong NHS earnings alongside excellent private income potential.
The practice has an established and loyal patient base, modern surgeries equipped with up-to-date technology, and a friendly, experienced clinical team committed to delivering high-quality patient care. This role would suit an Associate Dentist looking for a stable part-time position with excellent long-term earning potential.

Requirements for this Associate Dentist role:
- GDC registered Dentist
- Active NHS Performer Number
- Previous UK dental experience
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Confident delivering both NHS and private dental treatments
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality NHS and private dental care
- Carrying out examinations and routine dental treatments
- Providing restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns and bridges
- Performing root canal treatments and routine extractions
- Delivering preventative dentistry and promoting long-term oral health
- Producing clear treatment plans and communicating options effectively with patients
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with GDC and CQC standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider dental team
- Supporting the continued growth of private treatment opportunities within the practice
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Dentist seeking a long-term part-time role within a supportive mixed practice offering excellent earning potential, an established patient list, and genuine opportunities to develop private dentistry.
The practice is based in Newport, Shropshire, with convenient access from Telford, Stafford, Market Drayton, Shifnal, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Cannock, and surrounding areas.
