Studio Manager & Social Media Coordinator

Alma Studio Tattooing looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative individual to support the day-to-day management and continued growth of our studio.

The ideal candidate will combine strong management skills with a genuine understanding of the tattoo industry and a passion for creating high-quality content. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both the studio's operations and its brand development.

Working arrangement: The role is primarily based in person at our Brighton studio. One day per week can be dedicated to social media planning and management from home, if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, bookings, client enquiries and administration.
• Coordinate schedules and support resident artists, apprentices and guest artists.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of tattoos, artists, studio life and events.
• Plan, create and schedule social media content, maintaining a consistent and premium brand identity.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to increase brand visibility, engagement and bookings.
• Support studio events, collaborations and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management role is essential.
• Proven social media experience; a portfolio of previous work must be provided.
• Strong photography and videography skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.
• A genuine passion for tattooing and a good understanding of the industry.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
