We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping team at the North Stafford Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, developing your team and ensuring every guest enjoys an excellent stay.
This is a hands-on management role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and supporting their team on the floor when required

Your duties will include:
- Managing the Housekeeping department to ensure the cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas
- Recruiting, managing and developing your team
- Assisting the team in cleaning if required to ensure rooms are ready for our next guests
- Forecasting according to expected business and preparing staff rotas accordingly
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality control.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Working as part of the hotel management team
- Leading from the front by supporting the housekeeping team during busy periods to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills as well as being an experienced hotel head housekeeper or a supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
