WE ARE RECRUITING NOW FOR OUR AUGUST 10TH TRAINING COURSE

At ORIGIN we look to recruit friendly individuals with a positive personality and the ability to commit to work with a spinally injured client for a maximum of up to two weeks at a time.

You will have a genuinely caring and understanding nature and enjoy the company of other people. We also have a lot of opportunities for female carers.

We are a small, professional Live-in care agency and aiming to be the best provider, not the biggest. So we want the very best for our Clients and for our Personal Assistants which comes from the fact our own MD has a spinal injury. We genuinely care about what we do and we hope you do too.

In return for your commitment we offer the opportunity to work in a varied environment rather than a mundane desk job and hopefully to be inspired by our young and active clients!

We refund travel expenses and after four months there is our Performance Reward Scheme, meaning further pay increases for dedicated PA's.

We also offer a BONUS scheme, where we pay you £500 after working with us for 100 days.

Lastly, there is further training and development if you should wish to stay in the care sector and develop your skills.

You need to have FLUENT ENGLISH & BE CONFIDENT TO DRIVE OUR CLIENTS IN THEIR VEHICLE. Also to be willing to work with us for a least 3 months.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care and support to younger adults in a live-in setting, ensuring their daily needs are met.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor health conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with household tasks to maintain a safe living environment.
  • Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
