Role Overview

The Housing Services Assistant (HSA) provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to the Housing Services Manager across Grainger Trust’s affordable housing portfolio. Reporting to the HSM, the role liaises with internal teams — including Lettings, Income, and the wider Operational team — and with external partners such as contractors and local authorities.

The HSA supports tenancy management, record‑keeping, and resident communications, enabling the HSM to focus on more complex tenancy and compliance matters. This is an entry‑level role suited to those starting a career in housing or community‑focused services. As the role includes field‑based work, the ability to drive is required.
