Job Summary

You will be responsible for building and managing new client relationships, within a multi-faceted investment Brokerage that offers clients a lucrative selection of alternative investments to ensure diversification and reward. Facilitating B2C sales by managing inbound enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong desire to learn and earn. If required, the academy will train up less experienced individuals.

A sales background compliments applications and an enthusiastic approach to personal growth while developing their professional expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through effective telephone communication and personalised service.
  • Educate clients on investments available, including and not limited to:
  • Property Bonds, EIS Schemes, Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Tangibles such as Cask Whisky and Art in Galleries.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the alternative investment sector, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Pro-actively monitor financial markets and client needs to tailor solutions that maximise value for both parties.
  • Utilise CRM platforms to track leads, manage client information, communicate with the team.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Experience

  • Some proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within direct sales - to show an understanding of what is required and to understand what attributes are beneficial. EG Unstoppable drive, rewarded for efforts, tenacity, disciplined approach to goal achieving
  • Strong analysis
  • Sporting background is advantageous, displaying attributes of success
  • Experience in direct telephone sales, enabling effective communication with a the ability to be adaptable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an engaging environment where proactive individuals can thrive by leveraging their attitude to personal growth and sales expertise to drive business success.

The pay is based on actual current earnings and is subject to change/increase!
