The primary focus of your role will be to serve breakfast/lunch/afternoon tea to our guests, ensuring that we deliver fantastic, personal and memorable service to every guest with a smile. We are looking for a full time candidate with a good all-round knowledge of food and beverage and someone who is passionate about sharing this knowledge with guests and colleagues alike. You will need to enjoy early mornings with shifts starting from 06:30/7.30am, 8 hours per day - 5 days out of 7 including weekends .
