£28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience

Based in Pembrokeshire, Broughton Leisure is a specialist dealership for new and pre-owned static caravans and lodges, connecting customers with their ideal “second home” across South and West Wales.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn real places, real people, and real moments into content that creates connection and desire. Someone who understands that great content doesn’t just get engagement, it builds meaning, memory, and long-term brand value.

If you’re as comfortable behind a camera as you are behind a content plan, and you want your work to actually shape a brand, then this is that role.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Capture and create high-quality photo and video content across our parks and locations
  • Produce short-form, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
  • Tell authentic stories, from first-time buyers to weekend escapes and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Turn holiday homes into aspirational lifestyle content

Brand & Campaign Development

  • Help shape Broughton Leisure into a recognisable, premium lifestyle brand
  • Move content beyond promotion into emotion, storytelling, and belonging
  • Maintain a consistent, clean, modern visual style and tone of voice
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, and seasonal narratives

Paid Social & Performance

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Monitor performance across content and campaigns
  • Drive quality leads, not just impressions
  • Use insights to refine creative, targeting, and messaging

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn & X
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and performance tracking
  • Skilled in photo & video content creation (shooting and editing)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
  • A sharp creative eye with attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Confident communicator, able to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Background in leisure, property, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience creating short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
  • Interest in content trends, storytelling, and brand building
