Full-Time Barista / Supervisor Brew & Eat – Pershore

We are looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our independent coffee shop Brew & Eat in Pershore. Brew & Eat is a coffee shop focused on high-quality coffee, fresh pastries and cakes, with plans to expand into a breakfast and brunch menu as the business grows. We have been open 3 months and we are very busy so days pass by fast.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in hospitality, takes pride in great customer service and is confident helping to manage a small team and support the day-to-day running of the shop.

Weekend work is essential for this role, including both Saturday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and drinks

Delivering excellent customer service

Assisting with the daily running of the coffee shopSupporting and helping manage a small team

Opening and closing duties

Maintaining a clean, organised workspace

Assisting with food service as the menu expands

Requirements Previous barista experience essential

Friendly, professional and reliable Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Confident helping to lead and support a small team Strong customer service skills

Full UK driving licence required

Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
