Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, assisting them with their needs, and promoting our products effectively.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and assist with inventory management as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
