• First and second fix carpentry
• Kitchen installations
• Bathroom renovations
• Bespoke media walls and fitted furniture

• General building and multi-trade works

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and ambitious Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team.

You’ll primarily work alongside Oliver, carrying out a variety of day-to-day building and carpentry projects throughout West Sussex.

We’re open to applicants at all stages of their careers, whether you’re relatively new to the trade and eager to learn or an experienced tradesperson looking for a company where you can develop further.

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need the right attitude.

We value people who turn up on time, take pride in their work, use their initiative and are willing to get stuck in.

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
• An interest in carpentry, building and other trades
• Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who can use their initiative and take responsibility
• Ambition to improve, develop new skills and progress
• A full UK driving licence is preferable but not essential

Previous experience in carpentry or general building is beneficial, but we’re equally interested in applicants with less experience who demonstrate the right attitude and potential.
