JM BUILDING IS HIRING

Experienced Building All-Rounder / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

JM Building is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced building all-rounder to become a key part of our team.

We need someone who genuinely knows the building trade and isn’t afraid to turn their hand to whatever the job requires.

You’ll ideally be confident with:

* Groundworks and foundations

* Operating diggers and standard building machinery

* Brick and block laying

* Plastering

* Basic carpentry

* Boarding and general building work

* Digging trenches and preparing ground

* General site duties and keeping a clean, organised site

We’re not looking for someone who says, “That’s not my job.”

One day you might be operating a digger or laying foundations. The next you could be building a wall, boarding a ceiling, helping another trade or simply picking up a broom and getting the site sorted.

Attitude is just as important as ability.

This person will play an important role in the future growth of JM Building.

We want to bring more young people into the building trade and give them the opportunity to learn properly. That means we need experienced people around them who set the standard — someone they can look up to, learn from and feed off.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has solid experience in the building trade

* Takes pride in their work

* Is reliable and turns up when they say they will

* Works hard and gets stuck in

* Can work independently and as part of a team

* Treats customers, colleagues and younger workers with respect

* Is willing to pass their knowledge on to the next generation

* Wants to grow with the company rather than simply turn up for a wage

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
