Job Overview

Join the team as a Carpenter / Multi-Trade operative, carrying out varied construction, repair and finishing work. You’ll use practical skills across different trades to help complete projects safely and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out carpentry and joinery, including fabrication and assembly.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely for construction and repair tasks.
  • Assist with roofing, plumbing, masonry and electrical work within your competence.
  • Complete construction painting and finishing, and undertake heavy lifting when required.
  • Your impact: Careful, versatile workmanship helps clients receive well-finished, dependable repairs and improvements.

Requirements

  • Practical carpentry experience; joinery or multi-trade construction experience is an advantage.
  • Confidence using hand tools and power tools, with a sound approach to safe working.
  • Skills in fabrication, assembly, roofing, construction painting, plumbing or masonry are welcome.
  • Electrical experience is useful; work must remain within your training and competence.
  • Able to carry out heavy lifting and work collaboratively on varied site tasks.

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
